Thanks, everyone! After writing five novels from the middle of our living room, having my very own creative space will be a special treat. If I can just keep from stepping out on the deck with my binocs - "Look, it's a Swainson's Thrush!"
Hmmm, I was thinking the view from that deck would be inspiring - I didn't think about the distractions it might cause!
